It did cost an arm and a leg for the hapless traveller. I am very glad I wasn't around at the time. I did mention that there is no insurance coverage on this journey didn't I? I am sure Heather will do one for your birthday Anita Marie. You just have to whisper to me when it is and it can be arranged.
